DWB Proteins finalises a loan with a pool consisting of Banco BPM and Crédit Agricole Italia

Scouting acted as financial advisor to the operation

Scouting Capital Advisors acted as sole financial advisor to DWB Proteins in the fund raising process of a term loan granted by Banco BPM and Crédit Agricole Italia (Arrangers and Underwriters). Banco BPM acted as Agent Bank.
The term loan is intended to provide DWB Proteins, a subsidiary of Industria Casearia Silvio Belladelli and Denkavit Group, with the necessary resources to build a production plant of pellets for livestock use, starting from the processing of liquid whey concentrate and liquid permeate. Filippo Bratta (Managing Partner) and Elena Montibeller (Manager) coordinated the whole process on behalf of Scouting Capital Advisors.
The transaction also involved PwC TLS Avvocati e Commercialisti (Tommaso Tomaiuolo, partner, and the lawyers Fabio Luongo, Luca Salvatori, Gianluca De Donno, Giacomo Giancaspro) for the legal assistance to DWB Proteins, while Orrick (Marina Balzano, partner, Giulio Asquini, managing associate, Terfè Gerotto, trainee) provided legal assistance to the Pool of Banks. Rina Consulting provided Technical and Business advisory to the pool of Banks as well.
